My parents are both over 85 (with Parkinson's disease, stroke), and their wish was always to remain living at home. They have been receiving care from Happyhomecare since 2018.

Everything is managed by the Healthcare Office. The ladies (from Eastern Europe) are too sweet and caring to describe. My mother, 95+, is so spoiled, not just with care, but also with genuine love, the (good) old-fashioned way! I got in touch through my GP, and what a solution. Compared to other care for my mother, the price/quality ratio is at the top of my list.

Since my mother started receiving care from Happyhomecare, there's been so much peace in the house. She gets along well with the regular help, and it really feels like a family member is visiting. No fuss, just kind people who do what's needed and go the extra mile.

Happyhomecare provided excellent care for my mother for many years. 24/7 live-in care is unaffordable with Dutch staff, so HHC employs caregivers from the Czech Republic or Slovakia, and therefore the primary language is English. I find HHC a godsend for seniors who prefer to remain at home but can no longer live independently.

I 'm a 25-year-old woman and suffered a spinal cord injury in an accident. This makes me completely dependent on 24-hour care. With HHC, I can live independently in my own apartment. I've also been able to maintain my social life because I can set my own hours with the caregiver.

I also received excellent support with applying for personal budgets (PGB). The application process is incredibly complex, and during my rehabilitation, I had little time to fully explore it. The organization provided excellent help, guidance, and support, and explained the system in detail. This might be an undervalued service, but it was incredibly helpful.

My boyfriend is only 55 and is in a wheelchair, without a wife or children. It's not easy for him, but the care from Happyhomecare has truly made a difference. I still remember the first time caregiver Jana, who is from Slovakia, visited my boyfriend. She pulled out her translation app and had a whole conversation with him. Thanks to her dedication and technology, they can now communicate perfectly. But what really makes the difference is her warm smile and friendly approach.

We are very satisfied and happy with Happy Home Care. They provide excellent service. And thanks to Happy Home Care, our mother can continue living in her own home with excellent care.

I used HappyHomeCare for my grandmother's care, and boy, what an experience! Our caregiver from Slovakia was kind, professional, and surprisingly, had a great sense of humor. They say laughter is the best medicine, and in this case, my grandmother got a double dose! My grandmother has laughed more since they've been there, and that's priceless. They're even adept at dodging her "loving" corrections with their slipper—a skill you don't learn in nursing school!
