In my role, I support the Care Director and Coordinators with operational HR policy, including our recruitment strategy. I focus on onboarding new caregivers, conducting interviews, and checking their training and references. It's important to me to maintain close contact with the Care Coordinators and the Care Director so we can optimally support and motivate the team.
