I am Gabriela
I am a Brazilian healthcare professional with a background in Nursing and a Master's degree completed in Spain in Nursing and Critical Care, with a strong focus on care management. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in care coordination, supporting families, and managing care teams, always with close attention to each person's
individual needs.
About me
I have worked both in direct patient care and in care coordination roles, which allows
me to see the care process as a whole: from the client’s daily life to the support and guidance
provided to caregivers. My international background has strengthened my ability to
communicate clearly and sensitively, particularly in multicultural settings.
I truly love working with people and knowing that the outcome of my work helps
improve someone’s quality of life is what motivates me every day. I know I cannot change
the entire world, but I believe I can make the world of one person better, and this is really
important to me.
On a personal level, I consider myself a positive and cheerful person. I highly value
kindness, organization, and clarity, as I believe these qualities create trust, safety, and peace
of mind for clients, families, and caregivers alike.
As a Care Coordinator, my commitment is to ensure safe, well-organized, and
compassionate care, building a strong bridge of trust between clients, families, and care
professionals, so everyone involved feels supported and well cared for.
