I am Sylvia
I am Sylvia, care coordinator. I ensure that clients receive the right care provider and that the care provided meets their needs and is of good quality. By maintaining close contact with clients, family, and care providers, I monitor the care process and ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible. I also help plan the care and determine what care can be best deployed.
About me
Versatile healthcare professional with a career spanning more than 25 years. I started my career in a rehabilitation department, where I laid the foundations for my medical and physiological knowledge. I further developed this expertise in somatic care and as head of a hospital department abroad. Between 2008 and 2024, I specialized in complex PG care and palliative support. Since February 2025, I have been combining this broad clinical background and managerial experience in my role as Care Coordinator at Happy Home Care.
